My grandchildren inspired this digital art during trips to the zoo. The way they described how a particular animal looked was quite different from my view. They conjured up mental images that included color and personality. The animal became more of an individual character making an indelible impression on them. While working on the artwork displayed in this project, I listened to their ideas and suggestions. It worked, at least for us, because they all asked for copies to hang in their rooms.
